- Maintains a comprehensive understanding of electronic products, billing, collections processes, and database applications.
- Applies customer satisfaction skills to resolve issues positively, adhering to call-handling procedures to ensure consistent support.
- Supports various skillsets, projects, and opportunities as required. Maintains excellent attendance and punctuality, demonstrating experience working in a hybrid/remote capacity.
