Design, Develop and Manufacture (3D Print) an Electro-Hydraulic Actuator (EHA) for the landing gear of CRJ-200 jet using tools like NX, Solidworks, Altair Inspire and Ansys. We design and topologically optimized the part for mass reduction without compromising the stiffness. We used results of finite element analysis to validate the design and redesign if needed, until a better model was obtained.
