Lead project meetings and discussions at project kick-off, review and tracking, wrap-up phases, with internal and external teams, continuous securing project objectives with all parties, secure schedule and resources, provide guidance and supports to drive and accelerate the team to achieve6. Keep project related meeting notes, working logs, deliveries (doc, codes/scripts, configurations, KB) in document format as project assets, to deliver visibilities and contributions to sponsors7. Develop operation model and principals such as best practice, policy, SLA, release and version control, to ensure system solutions are healthy to business continuous, provide operation visibilities and recommendations for more operation excellence (Jira Confluence, GitHub, Markdown, Prometheus, Grafana)8. Evaluate, design, build and deploy security and compliance solutions to comply with global and regional compliance requirements, develop operation model and practice to execute, help enterprise get certified9.
