Sean has over $2 billion in investment and land career transaction volume with land sales on projects valued over $7 billion throughout the southeastern United States. Sean was previously a partner, and held executive level positions, in a global real estate services company and most recently launched both REALM Capital Advisors (RCA) providing advisory services for multifamily/BTR investments, residential & mixed-use development and land services, as well as Kinward Living, a Build to Rent (BTR) platform with more than 3,000 units under development throughout the southeastern United States.Sean has transacted more than 10,000 institutionally aggregated residential units in Florida since 2010 and was previously the Florida Acquisition Partner for a private SFR REIT backed by Nuveen and acquired by AMH in 2014 for $263 million, was previously the Florida Operating Partner of a private SFR REIT backed by KKR and exclusively handled acquisitions for a variety of institutional equity firms across multiple asset classes. Sean has extensive transaction history and consulted on projects with top builders and financial institutions such as Angelo Gordon, Strategic Property Partners, Cascade Investment LLC, AIG, Prudential Financial, Principal Real Estate Advisors, Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, among others, in addition to joint ventures on upwards of $500,000,000 in development projects.In 2009, Sean was named one of Florida’s top 40 under 40 Rising Commercial Real Estate Stars by Incisive Media’s “Real Estate Florida” magazine and in 2010 was recognized as “Real Estate Forum’s” 40 under 40.
