Over the course of my 10+ experience in digital media marketing, I have proven success in driving performance excellence from working with variety of prestigious brands (from industries in live entertainment to travel to nonprofit to CPG) as a trusted agency partner to building a first ever in-house performance media team at Philips Personal Health in the North America market. My unique experience having worked in both the agency and the brand side of digital marketing earned me the ability to operate as a trusted advisor in the digital media space and the know-how to navigate strategic planning when collaborating with numerous cross-functional teams. I have proven ability in thriving under high pressure and ambiguous situations by initiating improvements, establishing processes, and executing actionable plans.I've had the privilege of managing large teams of digital media specialists (with background in planning and buying display, programmatic, search, social, and eCommerce media) from across the globe. I am passionate about building strong teams and empowering individual team members to excel and elevate their skill sets. It is one of the things I enjoy most about my career.
