- Process payroll, deductions, and adjustments using Paylocity and ADP Teampay- Timely and accurately prepare and produce bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for multiple pay groups- Experience with 1,100+ multi-state and Canada payroll processing - Maintain payroll system through compilation, data entry, transferring, posting, and verifying data- Reconciliation of benefits, tip calculations, and payroll discrepancies- New hire data entry as it relates to taxes, direct deposit, and PTO- Communicate with employees and management about benefit options and usage- Prepare wage verification forms- Enter, process, prepare, and track compliant garnishment and other involuntary court-ordered payments- Update employee hours, benefits, and PTO- Produce post-process reports in relations to G/L and inter-company billing- Review expense reimbursement reports for payment ensuring in compliance with company policy- Issue manual payroll checks and all final checks as needed- Research employee inquiries and handle requests in a timely and professional manner- Prepare and produce custom reports upon request- Respect the confidentiality of data in accordance with corporate policies and payroll best practices
