Since the commencement of our domestic fuel terminal in 2015, we are the second largest supplier of oil in Mongolia.Sourcing principally from Russia, partially from China and on spot occasion from S. Korea / Singapore. Performed the first multi-modular voyage (vessel->Chinese rail->Mongolia/Russia rail gauge) transiting through ChinaWorked on structured finance deals cooperating closely with internal and external legal counsel on: o Setting up a domestic import agent structure and the supporting legal framework involved (collection account, storage agreements, finance agreement, pledge agreement, etc.)o Sold a minority stake in our subsidiary fuel terminal, reviewing of share purchase & sale agreement, and pledged the shares back for credit line.o Collateralized immovable properties, for small clients, to provide a $15 million credit limit with a 4-month deferred payment term. Project manager for the construction of 1km of railroad + doubling of railcar discharge capacity (12 -> 24 railcars). Oversaw the project from initial proposal, drafting of the EPC contract, overseeing implementation to final commissioning. Signed a cooperation agreement with the Petroleum Authority to hedge 50% of physical gasoline import prices for 6 months using a derivatives instrument (call option) for the first time. Signed ISDA agreement.Assisted in formulating the policy to formalize gasoline and gasoil blending activity. Specified the components’ and final grade products’ specification suited for Mongolia’s extreme weather of -40c in winter to +38c in summerWorked with the Operations team to integrate Transguide with our global in-house storage module system to track physical volumes and losses. Daily PNL updates and hedge requests.Oil Trading Operation - (6 months)Handled vessel operations in the Far East region for the gasoline physical desk. Primary communicator with a major counterparty on shipment planning/monitoring, vessel clearing, documentary instructions, surveyor nominations, relaying docs, invoicing and voyage recaps. Knowledgeable of gasoline specifications and precautions needed to ensure a safe and clear shipment operation.

PowerBox is an all-in-one mobile power plant (trailer and container versions) that generates and stores excess electricity in batteries for universal application across multiple industries.The turnkey solution with its pre-wired and fully assembled system components allows for immediate plug-and-play. The modular design allows for economies of scale in manufacturing and eliminates traditional site-specific costs of stationary, renewable energy projects.With the introduction of PowerBox, electricity production will become cost-effective in off-grid regions, where diesel generators are uneconomical.
