My mission is to develop and promote Expense Management solutions for Mobility (T&E, light-fleet...) based on prepaid cards, including:The management of new projects- Definition and follow-up of the functional roadmap for Mobility systems with a 2M€ budget- Implementation of new solutions, including digital project management and go-to-market strategy definition.- Internal marketing of the Mobility solutions & systems- Main contact for functional project managers The account management for existing solutions across Europe- Support in the go-to-market strategy- Answers to business units requests about Mobility solutions- Change management- KPIs and internal communicationThe financial follow-up of the department- Budget and business plans for Mobility solutions & systems- Internal invoicing and CAPEX calculation

Project management (SCRUM mode) for a mutualized SaaS platform commercialized by Edenred's business units in Italy (ExpendiaSmart), Poland, Romania and Germany (Spendeo).This is an Expense Management solution managed and developed from the headquarter as a strategic project to work on benefits and drawbacks of a mutualized platform. Product owner for the redesign of the platform (2-year project: 2015-2016):• Coordination of a 15-developer team based in Poland• Definition of the functional requirements based on the need of Edenred's business units• Planning of the developments• Implementation and tests for the monthly releases• Internal support to business units with bugs and improvements reported Financial follow-up of the Expense Management projects, including:• Budget definition• Costs control• Invoices to the business units• Capitalization of costs
