I drafted the project plan for implementation of a ticketing portal- Cloud Radial to reduce the number of tickets created and increase the volume and speed of ticket resolutions. I also recorded Technical support resolutions in ITGlue, a documentation software. I hosted weekly check-in meeting for the internal Cloud Radial Project and assisted a Senior consultant to coordinate client meetings.

I coordinated client meetings with the attorneys and answered current and potential client’s inquiries over phone and in-person. I translated legal documents and forms into Nepali for non-English speaking clients.
