As Technical Manager for the UK & ROI, I am responsible for managing the technical support team for Domestic, Commercial & Industrial sites with a range of products from 15kW-1MW+. (Products include; hydraulic, vacuum and motorised feed systems, Domestic Solar PV systems, Wood chip, log, and pellet biomass heating systems)I project manage commercial installations under the new SSRH payment tariff (similar to UK R.H.I.) in the Republic of Ireland, including compiling declarations and technical submission forms for application and using Microsoft Project to manage the process from order to commissioning. To date, I have submitted the highest quantity of applications to the SEAI with the highest success rate.Other responsibilities include:• Assess existing installations to meet HETAS and HSE requirements and follow CIBSE AM15:2014 guidelines• Interpreting fuel analysis from laboratory results to determine acceptability to fuel standards (i.e ISO 17225-4:2014)• Provide and conduct training sessions for other engineers across the UK to service, repair and commission all products at our training academy in Ireland.• Commissioning and/or surveying new installations from 15kW-1MW+• Write and formally distribute technical bulletins for product updates and alterations• Manage the administration of the technical support/customer service function and ensuring records are maintained & updated. Weekly reports are submitted to the Directors for review and individual cases are uploaded to our database and distributed to the relevant parties. • Monitor products through various remote access systems, and via Teamviewer for software and Firmware upgrades• Providing Technical support for all customers via phone, email and site visits to determine warranty or non-warranty claims.• I am based in the UK and Ireland but have conducted technical visits to the Netherlands and South Africa

• Servicing & repairing biomass pellet boilers throughout the UK (15kW-200kW)• Produce reports to any breakdowns and servicing carried out• Provide technical and maintenance assistance to end users
