Responsibilities:Managed 6 outside services workers to drive performance excellence for the ReSale Division of the EMR Technology Services Delivery team. Performed all financial functions and approvals for business including forecast, budget, COGS analysis and inventory management - $28M annual P&L. Completed detailed cost, deliverables and performance analytics for reporting of key performance metrics and ensure SOX compliance. Subject Matter Expert for contracting and amendment process. Proposed, planned and managed process improvement efforts for optimal operation of procurement activities for Services Delivery.Achievements:o Collaborate with Business, Sales and Regulatory team on amendment process to align with SEC regulations while reducing turn around time on high volume transactional business contract amendments by 3 to 4 weeks, thus reducing missed timelines for customer’s implementation deadlines.o Automate process for credit memo request and approval for more efficient processing by improving ‘request to issue’ times by 2 to 3 weeks. Also allowing better key performance measurement and projected expense recovery of $100K annually.o Project Managed automation of workflow to order release by working with other subject matter experts to bring together 6 different manual processes into one efficient, steam-lined process thus reducing the amount of manual effort and delays by 1 to 2 business days.

Responsibilities:• Performed and managed all financial functions for Portfolio and Analytics across all Business Unit P&Ls - 3 Portfolios with 15 different solution lines totaling $238.5M P&L annual revenue. Subject Matter Expert for contracting and amendment process. Continually meet monthly deadlines for Senior Leadership Dashboard and Monthly Portfolio Reviews. Conducted territory and funnel reviews with Sales Leadership. Performed all Sales analytics for Managed Services division. Created and continually improved sales processes such as: win/loss analysis, sales metrics and funnel analysis, sales attachment reporting resulting in improved forecast to budget, key sales performance metrics and long range planning.Achievements: o Instrumental in development and ongoing analysis of Senior Management Financial Dashboard, which included financial and operational analysis, sales performance, marketing updates and key performance metrics broken down by solution and portfolio providing management with never before seen portfolio performance for more accurate long range planning.o Creation and compilation of financial and sales performance reporting by Portfolio and reviewed by Senior Management Team Monthly during monthly Portfolio Review.o Planned and managed process improvements and training for contract amendment automation. Coordinated implementation with Legal and Finance teams. New process eliminated manual approval and increased turn around times by as much as 4 weeks. As well as creating one repository for all contract amendment documentation and approvals.o Instigated and coordinated process improvements for material creation, product revenue group alignment, quote forecast creation and average pricing, which resulted in key performance improvements for Sales quote to contract process.o Collaborated with subject matter experts on projects such as Solution Line Manager P&L alignment, Salesforce migration and Business Objects platform migration.

Conducted business case analysis and complex contract reconciliations.Achievements:o Project Managed complete lifecycle of technology delivery and associated services backlog, delivery value stream analysis, exceptions reports for Professional Services, backlog termination project; clearing $23.2M of At Risk Backlog.o Project Managed development and implement Equipment Change Amendment process and assisted in design of Sharepoint request site, resulted in automation of equipment amendment requests and approvals drastically reducing turn around times for processing by 5 to 7 business days.o Process improvements to vendor, inventory, and COGS margin reporting which resulted in capturing vendor credits for returned equipment saving the company $5M annually and improving margins by 1% - 2% monthly.o Managed process improvements surrounding unbilled & deferred revenue analysis for Transactional Solutions, which resulted in the recognition of $5.7M at risk revenue.

Responsibilities:Perform and manage accounting functions such as cash basis and contingency tracking, P&L analysis, COGS, gross margins, AR aging, and Unbilled/Deferred account analysis. Coordinated with multiple teams on special projects such as:Achievements:o Automated McKesson’s Imaging Solution’s billing process for extended software and hardware maintenance, and media, time and materials.o Coordinated special projects such as: aged backlog reconciliation, Infrastructure Support P&L reconciliation, SAP Business Warehouse testing, SAP training for Project and Account Managers, and tracking 3rd party software royalties and support fees.
