Responsible for KDC's Southeast based Tenant Improvement projects, focusing on programing, design and construction execution, including procurement of furniture, signage and art. Additional responsibilities include retail tenant liaison to building owner; supporting retail leasing efforts and retail tenant up-fit.

Responsible for Admin and Retail capital projects throughout the state of Florida.Specific focus is on Owner Directed projects providing owner oversight/leadership to Facility Partner Project Managers & Vendors, aligning the LOB programming, space & business needs, development of RFPs, bid negotiations, project design/documentation and construction execution. Member of the Florida Strategic Leadership Team - this role includes development of high level strategic space planning scenarios, development of ROMs and schedules in support of exit strategies, LOB growth initiatives, collocations and OCC compliance remediation.

Managed a team that provided full service project management for a portfolio of 4 buildings totaling 558,000 square feet.Responsibilities included development of capital project budgets, strategic planning, space planning & management via ML CAFM system, vendor contract negotiation, procurement, design services, construction management, client moves and furniture installations/reconfigurations. Notable projects:• Managed a $37 million dollar renovation and restack of the Jacksonville Deer Lake campus, in support of a domestic administrative space consolidation. The project consisted of the renovation of 249,700 square feet, relocation of 1,750 people, the construction of a Critical Power Facility and a three story Parking Garage. The project was completed on time and 5 million under budget.• Managed the planning & design of a 248,000 square foot, LEED Gold ground up building, $110 million, to support growth in the Jacksonville market.

Project Manager – Bank of America AccountResponsible for all aspects of the project budget including developing scope/job summaries, establishing vendor service agreements, bid packages, invoice processing, change request and project close-out. Managed all aspects of construction administration including serving as client single point of contact, contractor and consultant coordination, review of project drawings to ensure accuracy, project scope and cost efficiency.

Served as the client’s central point of contact for all services engaged. Services provided included: furniture sales(responsible for responding to RFPs, developing and placing orders, scheduling installations, field inspections and conducting follow-up punch list), space planning, move coordination, asset management, interior design and architectural services. Scheduled and led all in-house meetings pertaining to client services. Lead client’s weekly project meetings.Major clients included: Verizon Wireless, Verizon Data Services and Bank of America.

Managed and developed a design staff of 5 people. Managed all phases of the project including RFP presentations, programming, scope development, design development, construction documents, FF&E selection/specification, construction administration and budget control. Served as the Interior’s department liaison to Engineering and Architecture divisions. Major clients included: Catalina Marketing Corporation and Tropicana.

Business development for the Atlanta area office with an emphasis on corporate client development and new interior design and facility management accounts. Key accountabilities included networking, RFP response and presentations, developing and maintaining marketing materials. Provided leadership to the corporate facility community by hosting a monthly roundtable session to review and discuss current facility management issues.

Managed the renovation and re-stack of The Technical Building, including office work space and laboratories. Conducted all aspects of facility & project management including, space allocation, moves, adds & changes (technology & furniture), space reconfiguration and furniture orders.Key responsibilities included the USA associates, Executive associates, the Corporate Art Collection and all public spaces of the campus.
