She is a Professional Natural Scientist (Pr.Sci.Nat.) with over 13 years of experience in Research & Development (R&D), petrochemical industries, Mining and Raise Boring drilling. She has previously occupied leadership positions in areas of general management spanning R&D, Strategy, International Business Development, Business Intelligence as well as Policy & Regulatory environment.
