I was responsible to provide lab assistance to post-graduates. I was also responsible to performlaboratory activities including bacterial media preparation, autoclaving, centrifugation of watersamples, laboratory clean-up and operating all the laboratory equipment to fulfill daily functions. Iconducted a research project about antibiotic-resistant bacteria isolated from wastewatertreatment plants and receiving water bodies.
