Mining has been my pleasure and privilege to be in the sector. My first experience is with Floxifor Gold Mine in Amalia,North West from 2018 in South Africa. I started as a mere Grab Sampler and I managed to work my way into Junior management as a Plant Supervisor also serving as a trainer for the samplers.I have four years of experience in the field of mining. I have also moved on to be self employed as a facilitator. I have been doing facilitation for two full years whereby I engage investor's and permit holders together with the community to work together.
