Tshepo Thobejane has graduated with a range of qualifications, spanning across the Engineering field, Project Management as well as New Management from WITS Business School. He is currently studying his Master’s Degree in Programme Management (MComPM) with Cranefield College. Having over 21 years’ experience in the Telecommunications space, he has spent time working in various roles across a number of departments at Neotel, focusing on Network Engineering and Planning, complimented by his Project Management qualifications. Having spent more than 10 years at Telkom SA, he moved on to join Neotel in 2007 as a Consultant with clear goals and objectives of developing the Planning and Design function for Outside Plant Network (OSP). He made his mark in the company after managing and spearheading the KwaZulu Natal and Eastern Cape OSP Masterplan. In 2008, he was promoted to a Specialist level responsible for Core Network Planning and Design nationally. Over the past few years he has designed and managed a full spectrum of the Enterprise Customer and Revenue Projects, and is working with many teams cross-functionally in Neotel (Networks Engineering, Finance, Legal, Contractors, Service Delivery, Supply Chain & Implementation), to enable effective project delivery for Neotel. After being appointed as a Programme and Project Manager in 2011, he was responsible for implementation and operational management of the pre-ducting strategy, planning and optimization of Core Network and Special Revenue Projects. He is a goal-orientated project manager, has proven ability to manage resources in an intensive project budgets for both limited and multi-million Rand projects. As a trustee in one of the body corporates, he is a respected leader in his community, equipped with powerful communication, coordination and analytical skills. He is fully committed to providing and implementing dynamic, compelling solutions to the ongoing objectives of the organization.
