With a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Chitkara University, I have developed a strong foundation in culinary techniques, food safety, and nutrition. I have also gained skills in culinary education, management, and leadership, which enable me to train, lead, and motivate a team of commis chefs at Salvaje Dubai, where I work as a Demi Chef De Partie.In this role, I prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet the restaurant's standards and specifications, while creating memorable and satisfying dining experiences for my guests. I have over two years of experience as a chef, working at prestigious establishments such as Atlantis The Royal, Nobu by the beach, and Ossiano, where it a a Michelin star and two Gault Millau awards for the creativity, innovation, and excellence in cuisine. I have a passion for gastronomy and a vision for blending various cuisines, such as Japanese, Mediterranean, and fusion, to create unique and delicious flavors. My goal is to continue to grow and learn as a chef, and to share my talent and vision with the world.
