CUSTOMER FOCUS OFFICER -Monitoring of service levels for trucks loading dangerous goods at Sasol Secunda.-Investigate and acquire required information regarding delays, turn-around times, driver and customer complains -Capture, analyse and writing reports on service levels and providing feedback to customers.-Design, draw up surveys and conduct a presentation to customersDISPATCH CONTROLLER- Supervisor to 22 drivers and oversee the effective running of 18 trucks.-Planning routes and preparing documents for delivery to various destinations in Mpumalanga and Gauteng.-Arrange mechanics to attend to breakdowns, ensure service intervals are maintained and completing job cards-Liase with and handle customer queries- Maintain the safety standards and disciplinary codes to ensure safe delivery of dangerous goods.

Supervisor to a team of 6 warehouse assistants and arrange for additional staff where required.-Receive electronic and telecom equipment from clients, imported goods and containers as well as capturing of stock on Excel and Warehouse Management system.-Allocation of stock to assigned locations in the warehouse.-Packaging, marking and weighing of goods-Arranging couriers and third party transporters for collection and deliver of goods to CPT, DBN, PE as well as prepare the necessary export documentation for exported goods to SADC regions and Sweden.-Tracking of cargo in transit and liasing with the customer regarding the ETA. -Customer liaison regarding the safe arrival of goods and assisting with customer queries -Conduct monthly stock takes and general house keeping-Troubleshooting and assisting with PC related software and hardware problems.-Making sure that company policies and procedures are followed and apply corrective action, team motivation and coaching where necessary.
