Led a team of five archaeology technicians in the Burned Area Emergency Rehabilitation (BAER) assessments of 1,100 archaeological sites affected by the 2011 Las Conchas Fire at Bandelier National Monument. Oversaw the management of all data from BAER assessments, encompassing project and site documentation, GIS data, and treatment protocols. Worked in tandem with the resource management division to align on cultural resource project objectives, and was responsible for composing technical reports and archaeological site records. Contributed to NEPA and NHPA Section 106 compliance efforts, including the authoring of annual reports for the NM SHPO. Additionally, acted as a resource advisor during wildfire incidents as required.

Conducted architectural site condition assessments of prehistoric and historic sites, managed ASMIS database, implemented site stabilization measures at Tusayan Ruins, and wrote satbilization histories for prehistoric architectural sites within the park.

I oversaw the management, training, and mentoring of volunteers in archaeology site monitoring within the Yuma Region of the Arizona Site Steward Program. Through proactive recruitment at public outreach events, I expanded the volunteer workforce by 40%. Additionally, I authored quarterly articles for 'Arizona WATCH', a newsletter reaching over 800 volunteers and multiple land management agencies.
