As a statistician and data analyst with over 15 years of experience in population-based survey analysis, much of my time in the government think tank (Center for Bhutan Studies) has been to lead the Gross National Happiness population based cross-sectional surveys particularly in survey design, enumerator training, sampling, data cleaning and analysis and construction of the GNH Index. I have been actively involved in communicated the GNH survey findings to the wider national and international communities. II then served the UNDP Bhutan Country Office as the Head of Exploration for the Accelerator Lab. After two years of application of design thinking on public service delivery, strategic foresight and anticipatory Governace on planning, I ventured into multidimensional poverty measures and currently serve OPHI as research analyst supporting countries in the cause of leaving no one behind.
