I've been working in the recruiting industry since the early 90's and I've loved every minute of it. I began recruiting for law firms in the Columbus, Ohio area in 1999. My expertise has evolved and now with Aspen Careers I recruit for attorneys and legal support positions all across the United States. Each firm has its own unique culture and goals. I truly enjoy working with the firms' leadership teams to identify attorneys and support staff that will embrace the culture and share the goals of the firm. After 25 years, I still love what I do and that makes coming to work every day so much easier. Hopefully that's evident in the excellent level of service provided to the corporations and law firms and the candidates I work with. Specialties: Understanding what an employer is looking for.
