I've been working in the recruiting industry since the early 90's and I've loved every minute of it. I began recruiting for law firms in the Columbus, Ohio area in 1999. My expertise has evolved and now with Aspen Careers I recruit for attorneys and legal support positions all across the United States. Each firm has its own unique culture and goals. I truly enjoy working with the firms' leadership teams to identify attorneys and support staff that will embrace the culture and share the goals of the firm.
