Developing enrollment reports and data-driven research strategy to support enrollment growth. Providing data analysis that supports enrollment goals, financial aid strategy, measurement of applicant and client satisfaction, development of new programs, program evaluation, recruitment strategies, and measurement of sales ROI.Primary Responsibilities:• Conducts in-depth analysis of study abroad data, trends and developments • Completes analysis of CIEE enrollment and financial data alongside available external data sources• Performs the collection and analysis of competitive industry data• Builds and maintains report library according to a variety of enrollment management needs: e.g., enrollment research, program evaluation, client satisfaction• Administers surveys and manages survey collection and timelines according to enrollment and research goals• Participates in regular meetings with business stakeholders to clarify objectives and communicate project statuses as needed• Presents research findings to Vice President of Global Enrollment Management and business stakeholders regularly

INSTITUTIONAL RELATIONS--Analysis of correlations between incentives and enrollment--Scholarship tracking--Institutional enrollment reportsHEALTH, SAFETY, AND SECURITY--Redesigning the Health, Safety, and Security Database with a new system of categorization.--Analyzing and creating hundreds of pages of reports on incident data.--Developing standard operating procedures for Health & Safety processes like logging incident reports.--Composing an Emergency Action Plan template for Study Abroad programs.ENTERPRISE FOUNDATIONS--Managing and assessing applications for the Baltic-American Freedom Foundation and the Hungarian-American Enterprise Scholarship Fund.--Writing the standard operating procedure for the management of these documents.--Finalizing award reports based on accrual and disbursement records.--Preparing materials for the annual report to the Baltic-American Freedom Foundation board of directors.STUDY ABROAD--Processing Spanish visa application materials to be sent to the Spanish consulate.--Updating adviser records in Polaris.APPLICATION INTERVIEW PROGRAM--Evaluating about 1000 interviews for CAI (lead evaluator).--Submitting evaluation reports to partner schools.--Providing feedback on rubric validity, interview questions, and interviewer performance.--Collecting data​: admissions information, school rankings, global study abroad statistics, etc.--Managing account records in SalesForce
