- Support the team across various facets of procurement functions- Manage and execute purchasing activities, overseeing order processing and fulfillment- Actively monitor purchasing operations to align with company requirements and maintain a consistent supply chain- Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures for effective procurement practices- Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the manager

- Strategize and create digital media campaigns that align seamlessly with business objectives- Oversee and cultivate relationships with digital agencies on behalf of the organization- Demonstrate expertise in project management, digital advertising, and media to enhance overall campaign success

- To assist in the planning and execution of the training of Student Leadership Taster Programmes (e.g. organizing classes, launching experiential learning activities, leading Day Camp) by liaising with different partners such as school teachers and social leaders in Hong Kong- To communicate directly with the participants- To regularly maintain the social media platform (i.e. Facebook page)- To research and prepare evaluation reports;- To act as a liaison, e.g. cold call, partners/trainers liaison, etc;- To provide support to data management, e.g. applicants, parents, teachers, and guests data updates, etc.- To handle routine administrative works of the program and other duties as requested by the supervisor
