The enablement team at Aera gets to architect the Product Enablement and Training function across all aspects, right from crafting a curriculum to designing, developing, and delivering product training. The team is involved in building the Learning Platform tightly integrated with Aera's Cognitive Operating System. An opportunity to experiment with practices and processes that define the new paradigm of digital and virtual learning programs. We go beyond traditional training and use digital adoption strategies to optimize investments in the Aera Platform.Further, explore alternative digital training modalities in this new age of distributed WFH workforce.
