I lead product for Real Estate, a new business line within Vacasa.

As the product owner of Loyalty, I was responsible for a $50 million loyalty program. We increased repeat rate by more than 10% creating thousands of incremental bookings as demonstrated by AB tests. The loyalty program grew from $0 to $500,000 daily spend with positive ROI thrugh the development of customer-based prediction models for loyalty optimization. As the owner of MSE bidding, I was responsible for customer acquisition through a high growth ROI constrained channel. We grew meta search engine (MSE) channel by 100% in 1 year with a monthly spend of ~$10 million. I owned strategy and execution for the industry leading machine learning-based bidding system.

I owned strategy and execution of the data and analytics product, processing dozens of TB per day and built a platform allowing customers to create ad-hoc custom data visualizations of that data. I developed and operated a toolset providing metrics for business decisions and alerting of quality issues and also created benchmarking and efficiency modeling as a member of the data science team.

Online digital advertising startup in Baltimore. I lead the product management team that owns our self-service web platform. Before that I ran a product engineering team to build out our platform making it possible to plan, forecast and deliver digital video advertising campaigns on multiple devices and in multiple countries.
