Real estate has always been a part of him, from growing up in the construction industry and progressing to become a real estate sales professional. After relocating to St Petersburg with his wife Stefany, he fell in love with the city and purchased his first home. They enjoy the close proximity to the beaches, downtown and central avenue entertainment, community parks, and the brand new St. Petersburg Pier. They enjoy everything the city has to offer, and excited for all the new and future growth coming to the area. Timothy has experience in numerous facets of real estate, from first-time homebuyers, investment property, to million dollar custom homes. He is originally from Miami FL, which is where he got his start in the building side of the industry managing million dollar custom home projects. After moving to St Petersburg, he acquired his real estate license and started in the new home sales industry with a national builder, helping first-time home buyers achieve their dream of home ownership. Within his first year in the industry he became a national leader in sales, in both volume and closed homes, winning numerous awards. His experiences allowed him to help out an immense amount of buyers and understand the challenges and uncertainties they encounter. From first contact to closing, his goal is to always service the client’s needs and make it a seamless and stress-free process as possible.
