I am currently in school to obtain my BS in Psychology.I enjoy helping people, learning, and efficiency.Though I have little background in an official human resources position, I have spent many years working alongside others in HR, working with people, and learning about behavior.I am highly resourceful, experienced in client/employee relations, and team/office management.I have a demonstrated history of motivating employees and innovating workflow, with strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities, leading to employee engagement, retention, and the improvement of company efficiencies. Regardless of me being in a classroom or an office, I strive to improve those around me to the best of my abilities.
