Working closely with event planners and Vice President Marketing and Communication to develop strategic marketing plan on events and services.Responsibilities: - create attractive contents to promote the event programs and increase students’ engagement on each event.- develop and practice my graphic design skills to contribute and execute in strategic marketing plan. - develop collaboration with Marketing portfolio and event planners to develop marketing strategies and social media scheduling.- communicate with event planners to maintain cohesive brand image on digital and print media.- ensure the accurate information of events on graphic design.

Working with collaborative committee members and external suppliers, playing the role in organising and executing the memorable graduation and alumni events for Asper students.Responsibility: - Effectively communicating with event venue supplier, external supplier, volunteers, committee members in different portfolio and guests to ensure on-day operation.- Overseeing and communicating with marketing portfolio to design and confirm the brand of graphic design.- Clearly scheduling the master task for the begining of events planning.- Planning detailed events rundown and manpower division task.- Setting deadlines on graphic designs and promotion dates.- Effectively solving the unexpected situation in events.- Comprehensive overviewing on the documents and events rundown to ensure the events goes without difficulty.By assuming this position, I am able to demonstrate my dedication to through effective communication, time management and problem-solving to execute the events successfully.
