Responsible for the implementation of strategy, business development, and operation of Chartright’s aircraft Maintenance Department and FBOs. Oversight of the execution of maintenance activities for a large diverse fleet of 50 business jets and helicopters, ensuring the highest efficiency and effectiveness, maximizing aircraft availability to high net-worth clients. Manage and coordinate resourcing and work assignments for the business units. Provide the support, planning, and leadership development to ensure goals and customer commitments are achieved both in Aircraft Maintenance and FBO services. Proactively engage in strategic resource and capacity planning to ensure the maintenance and FBO teams are empowered to deliver the highest level of service effectively.

Direct entire IT operation of a rapidly growing mid-sized enterprise providing private jet management and chartering services. Develop short-term and long-term IT strategy in alignment with business strategy. Establish, plan, and administer the overall policies and goals for the information technology department. Analyze the needs of different departments and determine ways to meet business objectives by modifying existing or developing new innovative information processing systems. Oversee expansion, operations, and security of corporate network and telecommunications infrastructure. Direct involvement in implementation, operation, and integration of all enterprise systems. Provide on-going support to key stakeholders in various business systems. Identify new business opportunities created demand by new technological advancements in the aviation industry.
