I am a project manager with 14 years of experience in implementing large- and small-scale EU programs related to STEAM education, development of transversal skills, inclusive learning and developing new ICT tools for education. I am experienced in developing and implementing project proposals for EU projects, including concept design, searching for funding opportunities, and assembling international consortia as well as end-to-end project coordination and team management after the funding phase. I also have extended expertise in designing and implementing teacher training courses, educational STEAM activities for primary and secondary education as well as participating in the design of innovative ICT tools for education. Through my involvement in EU projects, I have had the opportunity to actively participate in diverse research and development groups and work with senior stakeholders from numerous European countries.
