As the founder of Sasto Chitwan, my journey began on February 16, 2018, with a vision to enter the online business sphere and establish a national market for Trishakti's products. Starting as a digital platform for Trishakti Stores' offerings, Sasto Chitwan initially operated as a side business, aimed at exploring the burgeoning digital sales landscape.With perseverance and dedication, I witnessed the platform's growth and gained invaluable insights into market dynamics and consumer preferences. This success prompted me to embark on a new phase of my journey as CEO of Trishakti Stores, a family business deeply rooted in our community.However, amidst this transition, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic presented unforeseen challenges. Determined to adapt, we navigated through uncertain times by pivoting our operations to focus on pre-orders and timely deliveries, leveraging the lessons learned from direct interactions with our customers.Despite our resilience, plans for rebranding Sasto Chitwan to Ira Express were met with obstacles, leading to the eventual cessation of operations on August 15, 2021.
