Managing Toyota Logistics Packaging team to deliver a €23 million project consisted on renewing all the returnable pallets for Toyota Parts Supply Chain Group (PSCG) in Europe. Main activities:• Lead the design, procurement and launch of 47k customized metal crates (6 different types) with engagement of various stakeholders across the pan-European supply chain;• Manage the modification of the related facilities (conveyors, elevators, stackers, racks);• Manage the selection, procurement and implementation of a track and trace system to the 47k metal crates for daily operations management (stock levels, fluctuations, stagnations, potential losses);• Lead the implementation of an external warehouse (non-Toyota facility) to manage the 47k pallets availability to daily operations.

• Support AME Facilities department to deliver a 66,000 sqm brand new body shop for Land Rover products on a green field site project (Industrialisation and facilitisation of closures, cladding lines and conveyance systems);• Lead and manage the delivery of the facility services for technology requirements in body in white (compressed air, cooling water, special gases, power supply);• Assist the design and installation of supporting facilities (adhesive oven, gas farm, fire rated extraction systems);• Lead and support appropriate buy-off events for conveyor, layout and related facilities;• Generation of RFQ’s, supplier selection reviews, value engineering and delivery of projects on time and within budget.

• Responsible for on-time procurement of new parts for new product introduction/change in accordance with approved manufacturing and quality standards (Hydraulic/Powertrain parts);• Lead cost reduction exercises for existing and new projects/activities;• Responsible to identify, evaluate localization/resourcing options and lead supplier selection process for a better supply condition (price, lead time, payment terms);• Maintain relationship with existing suppliers and monitor suppliers for Quality/Delivery/Cost to ensure supply chain reliability;• Support to operations to mitigate/minimize disturbances in production.

• Leading the assembly tooling design, process and layouts for two product lines (Articulate Haulers and Engine lines). Responsible for planning the launch of new Articulate Haulers generations in two different projects (“E” series to “F” series in 2011 and “F” series to “G” series in 2014);• Process improvement (cycle time reduction, faults per vehicle reduction, safety risk assessments);• Project management of multi product lines launches such as engines and cabins;• Responsible for programming support for all products in the site (Wheel loaders, Motorgraders, Backhoe loaders, Articulate Haulers and Excavators) and co-workes education;• Production support for fault tracing by use of fault diagnosis tool ( Volvo Vcads) for all plant products;• Core values auditor.
