I manage the holistic on-site operation of the Westin Denver Downtown Hotel Audio Visual Department, including managing Five full-time employees. My responsibilities include supervising the staff, building rapport and maintaining relationships with hotel staff at all levels from catering to general manager, yearly budgeting, monthly forecasting reports, sales, securing contracts with clients, customer service.

Oversaw the workflow of Technicians and Coordinators, and supported customer relations, as well as created reports and schedules for the staffing activity. Organized and maintained inventoried items as well as oversaw gear transfers for the location to and from other locations throughout the city.

Responsibilities included designing and setting up of technical events in a hotel property, as well as acting as a technical consultant to the client and director of audio visual before and during the event to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Assisted in training new team members on procedures or new equipment.
