I designed our Chlorine Doser, a technology that has the capability to improve water quality for schools, hospitals, and communities across the world.This included:- Managing multiple field trials in Kenya and India that led to the purification of water for 100's of people using community water points- Applying user-centred design principles throughout to update the prototype between trials- Managing a budget of over £100,000 to get the product from an idea to a food safe, regulation compliant, mass-manufacturable prototype within 2 years

Thermal Engineering Internship assisting an R&D project. The project aimed to characterise and model the heat transfer coefficient across bolted joints. My role was to generate a thermal model of the test rig for predictions and results correlation, conduct further research into new thermal modelling methods and assist with the data collection and analysis during the test. I used MATLAB extensively to investigate new thermal modelling methods.
