Responsible for leading the team that designed, wrote, and implemented Wayfair's COVID-19 related fulfillment center processes to mitigate cross contamination risks. Developed a template to standardize the look and feel and deployed across the fulfillment network in under 5 days.Drove standardization of process across the fulfillment network by planning and facilitating a 30+ person, multiple day workshop with representation from multiple countries countries, fulfillment centers, and over 15 stakeholder groups to identify, map, document, and implement over 40 process standards for inbound processes.Drove a 30% increase in the capability and accuracy of item profiling by leading the implementation of Wayfair’s first automated item profiling equipment to collect weights, dimensions and more. Leveraged large data sets to identify the best equipment, arranged operational and technical meetings between key team members and the supplier, designed operational process and layout, piloted new equipment and leveraged results to successfully validate the business case.

Coordinated activities of physical installation, engineering efforts, operational impacts, testing activities, and communicated cost, schedule, resources, and risks weekly to senior executives.Developed, branded, and implemented a standalone Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement program custom tailored to the specific needs of fulfillment centers which delivered $1.1M in annualized savings in one year.Led a team that mapped and standardized a process for preparing photo studio samples including visual indicators, 5S floor taping, and training of teams from TJX and a 3rd party resulting in a First In First Out process.

Utilized DMAIC methodology to analyze, identify, and eliminate waste in apparel processing, store operations processes, and inventory processes that delivered over $10M in annual savings for the TJ Maxx and Marshalls brands.Primary contributor to TJX’s Lean Six Sigma (LSS) training content including the design and development of informational (white belt) and specialist (green belt) training, and the revitalization of a two day introductory (yellow belt) training.Honed teaching and facilitation skills by delivering a highly engaging two day Yellow Belt to over 300 associates over 3 years, with an approval rating of 97%.Coached 26 Green Belt candidates both in person and remotely through projects which delivered over $8M in hard and soft savings.

Reduced end to end process cycle time for Patriot Missile Radome Manufacturing by 40% by eliminating 100% of all manual lifts and 85% of all lifts through the development of an innovative material handling system.
