Under the new company title of The RCM, I moved into general event organisation and management, handling all stages of the process from conceptualisation, curating, bookings as well as marketing right up to on site event supervision, cash handling and stage management.I oversee and work with a team including public relations officer, event manager and interns.

In addition to work with Seed Experiences, I have also been contracted for many Event & Stage Manager positions notably Synergy Music Festival as well as the Rocking the Daisies Nu World Beat Barn via Beanstalk.

Under FY Entertainment, I continued to manage the Website and Social Media functions of the marketing at The Assembly as well as running a successful influencer campaign setting up a Street Team for online promotional purposes.

I garnered an internship followed by a position as Social Media & Marketing Manager at The Assembly, Cape Town, well-established as one of SA's best live and electronic music venues, priding itself on superior event production.

I completed a one month internship as part of my studies at the Vega School of Brand Leadership, after which I continued on a contractual basis for a further 8 months.I gained excellent on the ground experience in the field of word of mouth marketing, influencer marketing and brand ambassador executions.
