Managed team of technical product owners and support personnel responsible for designing, developing, and supporting API’s exposed to 3rd party developers, aggregators, and large enterprises. Worked closely with Consumer, Enterprise Business, and Emerging Devices Marketing teams as well as architecture, development, test, release management, project management and operations teams. Grew onshore and offshore team from 12 personnel to 90+. Responsible for employee recruitment, mentoring, and promotions, as well as management of 3rd party vendors, contract negotiations, and performance assessments.• Turned around struggling product platform by streamlining and focusing cross-functional teams to act as a cohesive team. Platform grew to $4.5M/month in revenue.• Spearheaded development change from traditional waterfall to Agile development methodology for improved time to market, quicker reaction to change, and better resource efficiencies• Standardized Tier 1, 2, and 3 Customer Support to establish industry best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives• Faced with end-of-life scenario on legacy gateway platform, initiated and secured proposal to C-level executives to purchase the intellectual property, source code, and personnel from legacy vendor• Acted as Program Sponsor for a 3-year, multi-phase, $50+ million project to replace the legacy wireless network platform responsible for ~2 billion transactions per month • Launched industry-leading Short Code Campaign Management System through 3rd party vendor. Responsible for contract negotiation with vendor, determining terms of the contract including performance requirements, costs, and penalties, and driving delivery schedule. System recognized for ease of use for both customers and support team.• Earned AT&T’s Service Excellence Award
