Transitioned the company to a new ERP system with full integration between customers & suppliers using Internet B2B systems.Launched GovStreetUSA as an Internet Marketing web site targeting state & local governments, education & public health customers. Architected E-Commerce systems linked to all the major IT Distributor systems. GovStreetUSA grew Interlink’s government business from a ground start to $10M of business within three years. GovStreetUSA provided targeted Internet Marketing campaigns for Microsoft, HP, IBM, APC, SonicWall, Adobe, Nikon, Enterasys and others. as a funded service. Each partner had a custom landing page tied to their specials and offers. Our systems were developed to track 175,000 product inventory changes across the three largest distributors, then re-price the 6,000 most active products on a daily basis. Pricing was based on an algorithm that compared competitor pricing with the ability to adjust for market share vs. margin. We were awarded Microsoft/Great Plains “Pinnacle Award” for Best Integrated ERP/E-Commerce design.

Direct functional organizations included Product Marketing, Product Management, and Development. Executed OEM relationship with Premisys Communications. AT&T sold the Premisys IMACS product under the brand name Acculink Access Controller. Negotiated stock option with Premisys that allowed AT&T to acquire 8.5% of Premisys prior to their IPO. Gain on sale of the Premisys shares was $152M.
