Stuart Portfolio Consultants raises institutional capital for a unique mix of private credit clients from insurance companies, both Taft Hartley and Public Retirement Systems, Endowments and Foundations.

I formed Blueprint Equity in 2017 to merge my experience as a real estate operator/developer with my roots in the institutional capital markets.I have personally entitled and developed single-family residential, multi-family for sale and retail strip in Los Angeles County while advising on real estate development and capital raising projects nationwide.

I founded TMS Capital Advisors in 2005 as an independent placement firm to assist private equity and real estate fund managers with their capital raising needs. I offered specialized distribution to Public Funds, Endowments and Foundations, and Taft-Hartley retirement plans in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe. Additionally, I personally developed commercial and residential real estate in the greater Los Angeles area from 2000 to 2010.

I was a member of the institutional sales team focused on U.S. public funds and contributed to a significant growth of AUM and annual run rate revenue during my tenure. I offered our Public Fund client base best-in-class investor relations which was critical to the overall success of the team.

I was the Marketing Department at what was then a start-up hedge fund. GoldenTree offered a debt opportunity hedge fund and long-only, high yield investment management services. I marketed the firm to a broad range of institutional investors, both in the U.S. and Europe.

I managed the RFP process and consultant reporting functions for the firm then known as Invista Capital Management. I began marketing Invista's separate account offerings, and together with my partner, raised over $1B from U.S. Public Funds within 6 years. At that time, Invista had no Public Fund clients. I reached this level of achievement while simultaneously maintaining product information and consultant data bases to ensure accuracy in reporting and regulatory compliance.
