Supporting and closely assist Regional Visual Merchandiser Manager across APAC region for 8 different stores in China, Hong Kong and Sydney store hence providing Guidance/Assistance to Retail Sales if required.- Visual Merchandising/Styling duties which includes creating weekly VM Reports for Hong Kong. Head of VM in charge for Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Sydney Store, having In-store VM for reporting Weekly Reports hence any VM activities/changes reported if help is required/needed assistance for.1. Ensure and Maintaining proper VM standards, hence Planning/Execution of Monthly Display Refreshment/Drops for APAC stores. Regular visits (At least once for each store per month depending on Scheduling) in APAC region including Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Chongqing and Sydney for Visual Merchandising duties such as Display and Mannequins changes.2. Providing support, planning and execution along with Global VM team for Seasonal Switches (FW/SS) twice a year in HQ(Amsterdam). Planning with Regional VM for Seasonal Switches for all APAC stores hence Execution for Stores such as Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Chongqing, Chengdu and Sydney.3. Providing Setup and Execution for Store Opening, such as Chengdu, Shenzhen & Sydney Store throughout time within the Company.4. Executed & Rolled out VM Manual Book/Guidelines which includes Display/Folding Guides, Window and Mannequin Execution Guidance etc… for APAC Stores to ensure all Store staffs are trained in proper company’s VM standards. Additionally, VM Training Sessions are held for Store staffs throughout Store visits monthly.5. Assist Marketing Department such as Generating Weekly Merchandise Mix & Match/Styling Pictures for Digital Marketing, Styling for Photoshoots, as well as Presentation for In-store events for Styling/Merchandise Introduction previously.
