With an expansive career spanning over two decades in the direct selling landscape, my journey is driven by a profound commitment to empowering entrepreneurs and fostering a positive societal impact. In my tenure as the Regional Vice President for Elken, a frontrunner in Asia's direct selling domain, I have strategically guided and propelled the growth and business development across four pivotal markets: Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia and Brunei. Additionally, my career has been augmented by roles as the General Manager in Indonesia and as the Director of Sales and Marketing in China. My expertise is deeply rooted in strategy formulation, operational excellence, and business expansion, skills I've honed and applied to navigate and thrive in the rapidly evolving and competitive market landscape. With a robust background in engineering complemented by advanced digital technology prowess, I have pioneered and executed innovative technology strategies that resonate well with the unique demands of the direct selling industry. My leadership was instrumental in driving digital transformations that significantly elevated customer engagement, streamlined operational processes, and bolstered sales metrics, particularly during the challenging times of the Covid pandemic.I am an MBA graduate from IE Business School, hold MBA alumni status at Tsinghua University, and have earned a B.Eng from the National University of Singapore alongside a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business from EMERITUS. As an executive committee member of the Direct Selling Association of Singapore and a dedicated industry advocate, my contributions aim at not only advancing the sector's growth but also at nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit that defines our sector.
