Process change management: conduct PCRB (process change review board) for FAB process change with related departments, materials, process recipes.... and coordinate with customers' approval as well.2. Recipe change management system (RCMS), monitor and gate the key item of process recipe which is to prevent in-process products be affected. 3. SPC, Cp/Cpk performance, monitor and review in-line, equipment SPC alarm and drive FAB's improvement project to achieve Cpk > 1.67 goal.4. TS16949 five core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA) coordination to fulfill the automotive requirements and eliminate non-conformance.5. Non-conforming products: coordinate MRB system for suspected non-conforming products not leaking to production line or delivery customer.
