As an independent consultant, I have extensive experience in the San Diego Ecosystem. I have worked with early-stage Founders on pitch decks, go-to-market strategy and physician outreach. And as an educator, I have trained physicians and nurse personnel on point-of-care ultrasound applications at nonprofit organizations.

Led Marketing and Customer Support for a preclinical ultrasound molecular imaging agents. In this role I managed customer relationships; headed development of a new corporate website; conducted search engine optimization and email outreach programs; implemented customer tracking metrics; and, led trade show strategy, implementation, and follow-up. Responsible for alliance management with corporate partners to develop the emerging multi-billion dollar cardiology market for patients with sleep apnea. Key activities included planning and supporting national symposia at major cardiology meetings, working extensively with physician and nursing groups to develop cross-referral pathways to identify and treat patients at risk for sleep apnea. In support of this effort I designed clinical pilot programs to incorporate screening and diagnostic tools in patient work-ups for assessing sleep-disordered breathing.

Specific areas of focus included detailed market analysis, identification of acquisition targets and commercial assessments. Completed company valuations and P&L forecasts.
