I was head of our first university in Mauritius (~300 students, 30 staff) which Fast Company rated as top 40 most innovative companies globally.Sand Technologies (Kenya) - global platform that trains 100K+ software dev talent and connects them to global gigs. I led the global corporate training business, and was head of business operations for the overall business.African Leadership Academy (South Africa) - pan African high school that commits to each of the 100 students we accept a year to accelerate them into positions of influence over 50 yrs.
