NOVA ET VETERA is a technologically-driven real estate development company which I co-founded in 2020. Currently, we are the largest supplier of renovated apartments to the Czech residential housing market, funded by Venture Debt from Orbit Capital, an investment firm focused on technology ScaleUps.Prior to becoming an entrepreneur I was part of the Global Real Estate team at Honeywell, a cyber-industrial multinational manufacturing company. In Honeywell i was responsible for a portfolio of 500 buildings in 47 countries, most recently in the capacity of a Global Real Estate Manager. I had the opportunity to negotiate deals with landlords and manage construction projects in CEE countries, Germany, Spain, Israel, Kazakhstan and many more.I hold masters degrees in Urban Development (Oxford) and Economics of Globalization (Brasilia) and speak fluent Czech, English, Russian and Spanish.
