My focus was to support Harvard College's fundraising campaigns for the 5th Reunion, 30th Reunion, 35th Reunion, and 55th Reunion totaling over $20 million. Directly involved with the enlistment, training, and management of more than 30 alumni volunteers. Coordinated peer-to-peer solicitation activity using Harvard's donor database; regulated the online volunteer system; and managed pipeline lists to oversee the giving histories of 5,000+ prospects. Developed solicitation strategies for 10 classes; served as their Harvard College Fund contact. Created screening lists to identify prospects for leadership gifts. Drafted monthly class communications in addition to sending more than 10 annual appeals about Harvard's fundraising priorities to 4,000+ donors and volunteers.
