◦Designed and developed an internal management system forautomating the deployment of our products for our clients. Thissystem automated the deployment of client specific AnalysisServices Cubes. It has decreased mistakes made by our clientrelations team, and provided feedback that can be used foranalyzing the process.◦ Upgraded components that are part of the data warehouse solution.This involved eliciting requirements from our clinical team in Indiato implement their business rules in the software.

◦ Upgrading the primary software product to meet the requirementsof the IRS tax code for 2015. Worked with our tax consultants andaccount managers to implement the upcoming changes to various1099 forms, and the business logic driving them.◦ Worked on upgrading the company’s secondary product from usingclassic ASP to using ASP.NET MVC. The upgrade includedseparating the application into a front-end layer and a WCF servicelayer and maintaining compatibility with other parts of the systemwhich had not yet been upgraded.

◦ Developed and maintained an internal system which gave thebusiness analysts a way to send clients data reports automatically.This application reliably ran hundreds of critical data reports andallowed for easy management.◦ Worked on an building a company specific CRM application. Inaddition to the normal CRM functionality the application solvedcompany specific problems, including automated phone dialing, andone-click person lookups.
