Prior to 2016, RST was outsourcing email marketing using Constant Contact. In 2016 we partnered with Bronto for a more comprehensive email marketing platform managed in-house. The program has grown to $1.4 million in revenue in 2 years, while winning a Golden Bronto in 2017 for most improved email marketing campaign.•Create strategy, brainstorm offers and packages, provide creative ideas, launch regular email campaigns, assist with database management and provide reporting and analysis.•Currently converting 15% of total revenue from email.•Partnered with Persado and MovableInk to improve personalization in email using AI.•Involved in numerous beta testing programs with Bronto to develop and improve new email products.

As the primary sales representative at RSTBrands.com, my objective was to maximize direct sales through the company website, while managing all channels of communication (inbound/outbound calling, online chat, and email).
