I am the Global Managing Partner for our Financial Services Practice. Our Financial Services practice is the firm’s largest in size and scale with a presence in every office operating across our three regions (Americas, Europe/Africa, and Asia Pacific)My client portfolio consists of work across the Financial Services industry where I work with boards and CEO's to build and strengthen their teams. I maintain an expertise in consumer financial services with a focus in wealth management and fintech across various stages and scale. In addition to the assessment and recruitment of CEOs, Directors, and C-Suite Executives I also help accelerate performance for both teams and organizations through our assessment and advisory capabilities.

Led a newly formed group to manage talent management functions of the Global Wealth Management Group. Key areas of responsibilities included National Recruiting, new Financial Advisor Selection and Training, Practice Management Group, Wealth Advisor Group and overall headcount growth.

Served as AD for one of the four newly formed Divisions following a firm re-organization. Responsibilities included management of over 100 branch locations with 2000 Financial Advisors, $950MM in revenues, and $150B in client assets. Key areas of focus included restructuring of branch structure, business development initiatives, and communication strategy.

Led a newly organized High Net Worth (HNW) client segment designed to grow and manage the firm's $1 B HNW business. Key areas of focus included the development and implementation of a marketing-based business strategy and the management of segment economics, product development and channel strategies.

Led cross-functional initiatives related to marketing and business strategy, brand delivery and competitive differentiation. Charged with conducting in-depth research consisting of client needs assessment and identifying key drivers of client satisfaction to ensure customer loyalty and retention.

Led the firm's retail brokerage training group responsible for comprehensive instruction of 22,000 employees located across the United States. Key initiatives included transformation of the firm's Financial Advisor training program and development of a new training center.
