This document identified the optimal manpower and personnel force structure necessary for operating the systems, as well as provided costs estimates and resource constraints as it applied to New Equipment Training, and Instructor and Key Personnel Training for sustainment and at the formal schools.

Provided detailed analysis, observations, training, product and process review, and after-action feedback, in all functional areas of intelligence, to elements of the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Intelligence section to identify strengths and weakness as they occurred during an event, model, or simulation. Acting as the Higher and Adjacent Headquarters Intelligence Officer, I drafted over 20 different orders, annexes, and appendices in support of the MAGTF Staff Training Program. These products served as the baseline documents need in the six-step Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP).Assisted in the creation of over 75 different story lines and event models for incorporation into the schedule, timelines, and milestones associated with the planning and executions of a 5 and 14-day large-scale multi-national exercises involving participation from the Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) level to Battalion level units.

Responsibilities included counterintelligence analytical support to technical and cyber threats as they pertained to biometrics, defense cover, special communications, and special access issues, as well as supporting investigations, operations and collection in support of Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and Department of Defense (DoD) Counterintelligence efforts related to Resource Description and Access (RDA), Science and Technology (S&T), Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP), Community Organization Grants (CoG), and Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) threat issues.Authored over 5 DIA Response Memorandums and short articles outlining recently emerging technical threats to the defense cover program and the polygraph community. These articles required extensive collaboration with other intelligence agencies and organizations to identify potential intelligence gaps, and associated risks. Resulting in the coordination and development of strategic efforts to mitigate and counter the risks and threats.
